The Black Pine Lodge
The Black Pine Lodge is your go-to accomodation in the Hakuba Valley!
Hakuba Valley you ask? Hakuba offers the complete mountain experience, with an abundant supply of dry light powder, long beautifully groomed runs, many off-piste and tree areas, all with an annual snow fall of over 11 metres per season. The winter months offer you an incredible Alpine variety with skiing, boarding, telemark, snow rafting, snow tubing, XC (on olympic tracks), snowmobile and heliskiing.
From the complete novice to the expert skier or boarder, to the back country adventurer, Hakuba provides all. To top this off, the apres ski, the restaurants, bars and welcoming locals make Hakuba the pick of the winter resorts. With the Japanese lift ticket prices being amongst the lowest in the world, combined with the significant discounts offered for children and seniors (and special offers on many other days), combined with the every day value priced food and drinks there is little to compare to it. It’s little wonder that Hakuba is a 2016 Travellers’ Choice Award winner, being named one of the best destinations in the world by millions of TripAdvisor travellers.
Great rooms, great prices
Modern, warm and cozy lodge with large lounge (Movie TV) and dining room, large drying room and western style beds. Rooms are comfortable and ensuite bathrooms can be requested.
Hakuba is situated on the main Island of Honshu, in the heart of the Japanese Alps; the mountain scenery is spectacular, with huge rugged peaks towering above the ski resorts that are situated throughout the valley. Hakuba is a place that has to be experienced to be truly appreciated.
